Which countries do you ship to?

All Outisan products are only available within the continental US (excluding AK, HI, PR, and all oversea territories) at the moment.

How much will shipping cost?

The exact shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page. We provide free shipping for orders over $99, excluding sales tax.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship out your order from the USA warehouse within 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

For the continental US, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for delivery after the orders have been shipped out.

My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped out yet, please contact us via support@outisan.com to change your address and other shipping options.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend you to contact the shipping carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere nearby.

At the same time, please contact us at support@outisan.com. We will double-check with our warehouse and shipping carrier, as well as mark this order with missing status.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please patiently wait another 2-3 days for delivery. If the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us via support@outisan.com.
