We provide free shipping for orders over $99. Products are only available in USA and Canada. Please check the product page for details or contact us via support@outisan.com
How long does shipping take?
USA: 3 - 7 business days.
Canada: 10 - 20 Days (Detailed shipping time will be specified on product page)
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.
My order has already been shipped, but I need change my address - how can I do this?
We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us via support@outisan.com to change your address and other shipping options.
The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
Please contact with us under support@outisan.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us via support@outisan.com.
Can I expedite my shipping?
If you need it by a specific date, please leave us a note at the check out page. We will try our best to arrange this for you.
If the date is too close and we cannot guarantee the delivery before this date, we will inform you of this and let you decide whether or not to keep this order.
Please be kindly noted that an expedition AFTER the order is placed or shipped is not possible.
