Hill Descent Control
Cruising downhill can be nerve-wracking, especially when carrying heavy loads and walking on steep slopes. Unlike traditional wagons that may accelerate uncontrollably, the e-Wagon Air’s Hill Descent Control ensures a safe and controlled descent.
The force sensor inside the handle collects your pulling and pushing force 100 times per second, and the Flowstride control algorithm automatically adjusts the wagon’s speed to match your movement based on the relative force between you and the e-Wagon.
When going donwhill, the e-Wagon Air would actively brake to prevent runaway speeds. Thanks to its powerful motors, they can generate a maximum torque of 30Nm. Yet, other electric wagons may struggle to control speed as they lack the smart control algorithm or motor capabilities.
Theoretically, people tend to walk slow on slopes, and if the electric wagon maintain the same speed when heading downhill, the user will natually push the handlebar to decelecrate it. When sensing such pushing force, the e-Wagon Air will slow down until the sensor reaches a dynamic equilibrium.
However, if you need to slow down further, simply apply more pressure to the handlebar. The e-Wagon Air will respond by increasing braking power and therefore cruise downhill at a very low speed. In extreme cases, you can even reverse uphill by applying consistent pressure to the handlebar, though we recommend avoiding this for optimal control.
Hand-Off Protection
Safety is our top priority. If you accidentally let go of the handlebar, unlike other electric wagons that merely stop the motor and continue to move due to inertia, the e-Wagon Air will immediately engage the brakes, preventing the wagon from rolling away.
This feature is also useful in daily life. When you need to stop, simply let go of the handlebar and the e-Wagon will completely stop by your side.
Intuitive Speed Control
The e-Wagon Air adapts seamlessly to your walking speed. Whether you’re strolling leisurely or power-walking, the wagon ensures a smooth and comfortable ride. No need for thumb throttles or buttons!
Simply pull to accelerate and push to decelerate or reverse. The wagon’s sensors detect your movements and adjust the motor’s output accordingly, allowing you to maintain a comfortable pace in any situation. This feature is particularly useful in crowded areas, like the farm market, outdoor festivals, pet shows, etc, where you need to follow or divide the flow of traffic.
Daytime Running Light
Once powered on, the light strip remains illuminated, similar to a car’s daytime running lights. The brightness and color temperature are carefully calibrated to be unobtrusive yet highly visible.
