United States: We ship across the contiguous United States (CONUS). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), the Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, or military addresses (AA, AE, AP).

Japan: We ship across Japan, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, including those in Kagoshima Prefecture.

United States: 2–5business days.

Japan: 2–4 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and exclude order processing time. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping destination, product availability, and other factors.

We offer free shipping on all e-Wagons and bundles that include an e-Wagon. Shipping fees apply to accessories purchased separately. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@outisan.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.

We currently offer standard shipping only. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at support@outisan.com before placing your order. 

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@outisan.com as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note that Outisan is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers, subject to applicable law.

Damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the product. If you notice any damage upon delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier promptly. If the product itself is damaged, please contact our support team for further assistance.
