30-Day Trial Policy

Effective for orders placed on www.outisan.com only.

1. Scope of 30-Day Trial Policy

This 30-Day Trial Policy applies exclusively to the Outisan e-Wagon Air purchased directly from from Outisan at outisan.com.
1.1 The 30-Day Trial is available only for the e-Wagon Air and applies to all e-Wagon Air packages, including the Essential Package, Double Charge , and Fully Loaded . Accessories purchased separately are not eligible for the 30-Day Trial.
1.2 Orders placed through third-party platforms—including Amazon, retailers, distributors, and all other platforms—are not eligible.
1.3 By purchasing an e-Wagon Air under the 30-Day Trial Program, you acknowledge and agree that this Policy forms part of Outisan's official Terms & Conditions.
1.4 Each customer may participate in the 30-Day Trial only once. Specific eligibility limitations and anti-abuse rules are detailed in Section 3: Eligibility Requirements.


2. How 30-Day Trial Works

2.1 When you place your order on www.outisan.com, the full purchase amount is charged immediately at checkout.
2.2 The 30-Day Trial period begins on the day the package is delivered to your doorstep and marked as “delivered” in the carrier's tracking system. In the event of any discrepancy, the delivery date shown in the carrier's official records (such as FedEx tracking) will be used as the official start date.
2.3 During the 30-Day Trial window, the e-Wagon Air must be used only in normal, everyday conditions. Any extreme use, misuse, or acts of vandalism are not permitted.
2.4 If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it within the 30-Day Trial period, you must start the return process before the deadline by contacting our support team at support@outisan.com. You will need to send out a return request, provide the required information, and receive approval before shipping the product back. Please follow the complete steps outlined in Section4 「Return & Refund Process」.
2.5 If no return request is submitted within the 30-Day Trial period, the order is considered final and automatically enters Outisan's standard warranty and after-sales service process.


3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 One-Time Trial Per Customer
The 30-Day Trial is a one-time benefit intended for first-time users of the e-Wagon Air. A customer may participate in the 30-Day Trial only once.
This limitation applies to any customer information we can reasonably associate with the same individual or household.
If multiple orders can be linked to the same customer, only the first order will qualify for the 30-Day Trial.
3.2 No Repeated or Overlapping Trials
Any subsequent purchases made using the same or reasonably associated customer information will not qualify for the 30-Day Trial. These orders will be treated as final sales and will follow Outisan's standard warranty and after-sales service policies.
3.3 Abuse Prevention
Outisan reserves the right to deny eligibility for the 30-Day Trial if repeated attempts, suspicious activity, or misuse of the program are detected. This ensures fairness and prevents any customer from repeatedly using the program.


4. Return & Refund Process

4.1 Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Before the trial period ends, email support@outisan.com with:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
4.2 Step 2: Receive the Return Instructions Email
4.2.1 If the request meets all eligibility requirements:
You will receive an email with:
  • Confirmation that your request is eligible for a 30-Day Trial return.
  • Any additional information we may need.
  • The return label and detailed shipping instructions.
*Note: To complete the eligibility review, you will be asked to provide:
  • A video showing the condition of e-Wagon Air (frame, wheels, base, handle)
  • Photos of the original box and all packaging materials
4.2.2 If the request does not meet eligibility requirements:
We will notify you that the return request is not eligible and explain the specific reason(s). If you still need to proceed with a return, our team will work with you to review your situation based on your actual needs and provide the appropriate next steps.

4.3 Step 3: Customer Ships the Product Back
Once you receive the return label and shipping guide, you must:
  • Properly repack the e-Wagon Air in its original box with all original protective materials
  • Ensure all accessories are included
  • Follow the packaging instructions provided in the email
  • Ship the product back within the specified time window indicated in the return instructions
*Outisan is not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging or delays caused by late shipment.

4.4 Step 4: Warehouse Review & Refund
After the product arrives at our warehouse:
Our team will conduct a full inspection within 3–5 business days, including packaging, condition, cleanliness, and accessory completeness
Based on the inspection result, your return will be categorized as:
  • Pass — Acceptable Condition:
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Fail — Not Acceptable:
Relevant fees (cleaning fee, replacement accessory fee, repackaging fee) may be deducted.
You will receive an email with the final inspection result with proof and next steps.

 

5. Shipping Fees

For orders approved under the 30-Day Trial Program, Outisan will cover the shipping cost for both delivery and return. However, if the original packaging is missing or damaged at the time of return, the customer will be responsible for the related costs as outlined in Section 6.1.



6. Return Requirements (All Must Be Met)

To ensure safe transport and resale eligibility, all 30-Day Trial returns must satisfy every requirement below.
6.1 Original Packaging(Required)
The e-Wagon Air must be returned in its original shipping box with all original protective materials.
Missing or damaged packaging will incur a repackaging fee of $30, or the return may be refused.

6.2 Like-New Condition
  6.2.1 Acceptable:
  • Minor dust on wheels
  • Light, removable marks from brief use
6.2.2 Not acceptable:
  • Scratches, dents, cracks, or impact damage
  • Mud, sand, water exposure, or signs of heavy outdoor use
  • Bent or damaged structure
  • Any odor contamination (smoke, pets, perfume, chemicals)
*Units that fail to meet like-new standards may be subject to fees or return refusal.

6.3 All Accessories Included
The wagon must include:
  • Battery
  • Charger & Cable
  • User manual
  • Any accessories originally included
*Missing accessories will incur replacement fees.

6.4 Clean Condition
Excessively dirty units (soil, mud, debris) will incur a cleaning fee of $20–$50.


7. Abuse & Misuse

Outisan reserves the right to take action if the 30-Day Trial Program is used improperly. This includes the right to:
  • Decline trial eligibility in cases of misuse or policy violations
  • Reject fraudulent, abnormal, high-risk orders classified by our systems, or repeated “free-use” behavior
  • Charge fees or refuse returns for intentional damage or deliberate misuse

Outisan may limit or suspend access to the 30-Day Trial Program at its sole discretion to protect program integrity.

This Policy is incorporated into Outisan's official Terms & Conditions and is legally binding for all purchases made under the 30-Day Trial Program on www.outisan.com.
